Google Maps glitches?

Found some interesting results on Google Maps which get me thinking that one or two developers over there might be having some fun. The following map comes up when you search for directions from "Seattle" to "Paris". After taking a bunch of different highway routes, step 18 directs you to "swim across the Atlantic Ocean." This also works for "Seattle to London," and "Seattle to Moscow." Strangely, "Seattle to Tijuana, Mexico" doesn't yield any kind of driving directions.

The second one I found was a little more ominous, and most likely resulted from an image error. The "Sleep Inn Inn[sic] & Suites" entry had a pretty scary photo that went with it. This Easter Egg made the rounds, and the problem was corrected within a day or two.
