Something sweet for the end of the week.
- 1 1/2 oz gold tequila
- 1/2 oz Crème de banane
- 1/2 oz Galiano
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
We've instituted a theme week for drinks, if we ever get around to making them. This week, we're doing drinks made with Crème de banane, as a bit of a challenge.
Personally, I'm tempted to add a little lime juice to round out the cloying flabbiness of the drink, but R seemed to like it.
Remember, 'sour, sweet, strong, and weak'. This drink's missing some sour.
Update: R has decided she doesn't like this drink. Or banana liqueur.
