Controversy on Canvas

So, it's not quite Spring yet, unfortunately. My parents got back from Florida on Friday, and they were expecting the weather to be a little nicer than this. They had to come back to check on the house, before heading down to SF to vist my brother, and his new kid. I'm expecting some kind of shouting match to erupt -- like it always does. My brother seems to have learned a thing or two from me about controversy and how to use it like paint on a canvas. He's been recently outdoing me like crazy, and I want to remind him that it's not a competition. I'm sure my folks are about as progressive as they can get by now, so pushing them further is only going to have negative consequences at this point (read: writing one out of the will, or something equally weird and vengeful).
