Looks interesting (peach bitters -- I'm intrigued and a little sickened) but I can't see the drink for all that lettuce!
DUDE. It calls for "sprigs." Maybe just a pinch off the top of those would do ;)
I blame the medium. You can't taste how good it is from the picture; you have to get a visual impression. So I went a little crazy on the garnish.
