For those looking for a break from green beer (bleah), try this deceptively delicious drink.
Irish Cocktail
- 2 dashes curaçao
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 1 dash maraschino liqueur
- 1oz Irish whisky
Shake over ice and strain into a cocktail glass, garnished with an olive and orange zest.
(sadly, I didn't have any oranges ... my bad)
