Looks like it matches up pretty well with this small scene from Batman:TAS. Michael Ironside did the voice better, in my opinion:
Although, he did play Darkseid in Justice League, so maybe he was a little too severe.
Going to see the new Batman film tonight. Hope it's as good as this.

Speaking of Batman voices, Christian Bale has obviously taken a bit of flack for his growling Batman voice, which was a bit too gruff and different. How would you rate his performance?He's a wonderful actor. He's a terrific, terrific actor and he really captures the Batman character. I love those films. They come the closest to me to capturing the magic of the animated show. I think that Batman, since it is an animated show, it is a cartoon, that's the genre that it belongs in. It's very hard to do live action of any animated show, so I think a lot of the Batman [films] have seemed kind of odd to me. And that one, the Christian Bale one, is the closest to capturing that magic of the Bob Kane and the Dark Knight series and that stuff.
On the other hand, I think that someone should have stopped him from doing that voice that he was doing when he had the cowl on. It just sounds so forced.
Mark Hamill is an excellent voice actor, and he's best known (in voice acting) as the Joker from the animated Batman TV shows and movies.
So, someone put together some snippets of his voice and recreated the "Why so serious?" monologue from The Dark Knight.
It's pretty awesome.

A small crowd in New York were lucky enough to preview the first six minutes of the new Batman film The Dark Knight on Monday, and it seems it left everyone wanting more.The eagerly awaited sequel to Batman Begins, directed by Christopher Nolan, feature Christian Bale as Batman, and Heath Ledger as a new, meaner looking Joker.

To an Arizona middle school, Batman! Three schools in the north Phoenix suburb of Cave Creek were on lockdown for about 45 minutes Wednesday morning after a student at Desert Arroyo Middle School reported seeing a person dressed as Batman run across campus, jump a fence and disappear into the desert, Scottsdale police Sgt. Mark Clark said.
The student described the person as 6 feet 3 inches tall and possibly male.
"We're assuming it was male, although they did have a mask on," Clark said.
