A fire Thursday morning destroyed several businesses in a Waterloo plaza.Businesses affected by the blaze at the Campus Court plaza, 140 University Ave. W., include Mel's Diner, Tabu, Mr. Sushi, University Vision Centre, Sugar Mountain and Caesar Martini's.
