A new whisky/espresso bar in Waterloo is opening up, just at King and Bridgeport. Sounds like a refreshing new idea in K-W. Also, they have a jackalope as a mascot.
However, they're a little coy about their hours of operation:
We're open most days about 8 or 9, occasionally as early as 7, but some days as late as 12 or 1.We're closed about 7 or 8, and occasionally on weekends at 11.
Some days or afternoons we aren't here at all, and lately we're here
all the time except when we're someplace else ;)
